SHIPPING POLICY

  • Any orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Our shipping center is not open on the weekends or on US Holidays. 
  • Due to COVID19, UPS Expedited Service is available, however it is not guaranteed.
  • For UPS delivery, we do not ship to PO Box address. Please be sure to put a physical address to avoid delays. 
  • You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is scanned by UPS. Be sure to check your spam / junk mail if you do not get it. 
  • If a package is undeliverable due to change of address, incorrect address, or you were not home after UPS makes the attempts, the customer will be responsible for all return or reship costs.
  • If the address you entered is incorrect, we are not responsible for any package that is delivered to an "incorrect address" 

You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for an address change. 

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses after the order has been shipped. If you put an incorrect address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
